Shoals Community Clinic would like to thank everyone who participated in #GivingTuesday. Thank you for considering the many healthcare needs of people in our community during the GIVE 10 / CONTACT 5 campaign.

Unfortunately, we did not met our goal, but we will continue to accept donations online through the Shoals Community Clinic website. Please, consider supporting the campaign if you have not done so already. Remember that all charitable contributions are tax deductible.

• General Physical Examinations

• Blood Pressure Screening/Monitoring

• Cholesterol Screening/Monitoring

• Referrals to Medical Specialists

• Medications Assistance

• Diabetes Assistance

• Laboratory Diagnostics

• Tooth Extractions

• Well Woman Exams

• Pregnancy Testing

• Screening for Sexually Transmitted Diseases

• Health Fairs

• Health Education

• Vaccinations

Those eligible for our Health Clinic services must be:

• 18-64 years of age

• Employed, actively seeking employment, or enrolled in school or a training program

• Without a regular primary healthcare provider and without healthcare benefits
