Scale Back Alabama

Shoals Community Clinic will, once again, be a public weigh-in site for the Scale Back Alabama program, a weight loss competition which begins Jan 21-25 and ends April 1-7.

Participants must weigh in and out through an official site, like Shoals Community Clinic, and have lost at least 10 pounds to be eligible for the prize drawings.
