Special Hours upcoming for Shoals Community Clinic:


Nurse Practitioners will be on Spring Break, so there will be no Health Clinics the week of March 25-29, but the office will be OPEN.


Shoals Community Clinic will be CLOSED for Good Friday and the Monday after Easter.
